Monitor your storage fleet
before problems become outages.
Track latency distributions, SMART trends, and degradation patterns across your SSD and HDD fleet. Deploys on your infrastructure in 10 minutes with no cloud dependencies.
Sound familiar?
Common frustrations for teams managing their own storage infrastructure.
Apps slow down while your dashboard says storage is fine.
General-purpose tools track surface-level metrics that mask what's actually happening. Degradation builds quietly across your fleet, invisible to the tools you're watching.
Hours spent troubleshooting with no answers.
You dig through dashboards, check SMART data, and review logs — but nothing points to the root cause. The tools you have show you counters, not clarity.
When a drive fails, you find out the same time your users do.
Without fleet-wide health visibility, you're reacting to failures instead of getting ahead of them. Refresh planning becomes guesswork — over-provision to be safe, or wait until something breaks.
Built for the signals that matter
Rivana monitors your entire SSD and HDD fleet for the signals that predict problems: latency distribution shifts, SMART degradation trends, thermal events, and rising error rates. It uses kernel-level I/O tracking for latency visibility that general-purpose tools can't match, alongside integrated SMART, thermal, and error monitoring. Everything runs on-prem, and your data never leaves your network.
See what other tools miss
Track IOPS and latency distributions across your entire fleet. Combined with SMART health, thermal, and error monitoring, you get the full picture.
Trace issues to the drive
Fleet-wide visibility lets you isolate which drives are degrading and what's changing. Drill into any device to pinpoint issues in minutes instead of days.
Get ahead of failures
Alerting catches signs of trouble early, so you replace drives on your schedule, not in a crisis.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Rivana
How is Rivana different from general-purpose monitoring tools?
General-purpose tools give you host-level averages and require you to stitch together separate exporters for SMART data, thermal monitoring, and disk metrics. Rivana captures all of these per drive across your entire fleet in one view, with eBPF-powered I/O tracking that goes deeper than counter polling. It runs entirely in your infrastructure, sets up in 10 minutes, and requires no ongoing configuration.
What storage devices are supported?
Rivana supports NVMe SSDs, SATA SSDs, and HDDs. It monitors SMART data, temperature, and utilization per device, with eBPF-powered I/O latency tracking. Works with any storage device accessible on Linux.
Can Rivana handle large-scale deployments?
Yes. Rivana supports up to 5,000 drives on a single instance, with custom pricing available for 5,000+ drive deployments. The system is optimized for fleet-wide visibility with efficient aggregation and smart database queries.
What are the system requirements?
Aggregator: Linux server with 8GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage. Collectors: Linux 5.8+ with eBPF support. The dashboard runs in any modern browser via WebAssembly. All components are single binaries with no external dependencies.
How does licensing work?
Licenses are based on the number of storage devices you monitor. You receive a signed license file that's validated locally. No phone-home or internet connectivity is required.
What kind of support is included?
All licenses include email support. Professional licenses get priority response times. Enterprise licenses include dedicated support, custom integrations, and optional on-site training.
